Outlier Technologies is currently seeking a CoWorking Community Manager to help lead the CoWork Blue Ash business. This position is perfect for an entrepreneurial-minded person who has always wanted to run their own business. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated person who makes the most of opportunities, overcomes and learns from setbacks, and can succeed in a variety of settings. This position will report directly to the President.

Key Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

  • Oversee all aspects of daily business operations
  • Manage and execute email and social media marketing campaigns
  • Promote CoWork Blue Ash at local networking events
  • Bring local networking events to CoWork Blue Ash
  • Respond to sales inquiries, and schedule and conduct tours of CoWorking space
  • Handle new member sign-ups and membership renewals
  • Assist members with day-to-day administrative needs
  • Facilitate catering for member meetings
  • Plan and coordinate social events for members

Outlier Technologies is currently seeking a Customer Success Manager to be the liaison between our SansWrite customers, and the sales and implementation teams. Founded in 1993, Outlier Technologies sells software and hardware platforms to government agencies and regulated businesses throughout the United States and Canada. The focus of this position will be sales support, new customer onboarding and account management.

Key Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

  • Maintain CRM and provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to the leadership team
  • Assist with responding to RFPs, and preparing proposals and SOWs
  • Assist with new customer onboarding and project implementations
  • Provide ongoing customer service and support
  • Manage tickets, bugs, and enhancement requests
  • Assist with prioritizing, organizing, and overseeing developer assignments
  • Assist with eliciting and documenting customer requirements
  • Coordinate customer review and feedback sessions
  • Assist with testing and quality control
  • Manage annual SansWrite subscription renewals
